Cherry, an attorney for Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., regarding an agreement that had been discussed the year before. The agreement in question would be for Inter-Continental Promotions to promote Muhammad Ali's next fight, should he defeat Sonny Liston a second time on May 25, 1965.
