Letter to United States House Representative, July 22, 1963

A letter written to a United States Representative, Wilbur D. Mills, who was chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, by William S. Cutchins, member of the Louisville Sponsoring Group. Cutchins implored Mills to pass a law surrounding income taxes that would assisst Muhammad Ali (then Cassius Clay) in saving more of his earnings from boxing.
