A letter to Jack E. Hunter, the Vice President of Fidelity-Philadelphia Trust Company, from Garland D. Cherry, an attorney for Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc. The letter is in regards to refunds to be given to closed circuit exhibitors throughout the United States that had paid to broadcast the second fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston. The fight was originally scheduled for November 16, 1964, but was postponed when Ali underwent an emergency hernia repair operation.
