A letter to Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., from C. S. Doidge, the Treasurer of Famous Players, regarding payment for television rights to show the second fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston. The fight was originally scheduled for November 16, 1964, before being postponed when Ali underwent emergency hernia repair.
