A partially signed memorandum agreement between boxing promoters from Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., Muhammad Ali, and the Louisville Sponsoring Group. This memorandum serves as acknowledgement that a previous contract for promotion of Ali's next fight would be considered null and void.
