World Boxing Association Convention Minutes, August 1964
A transcript of the meeting of the World Boxing Association, which was called for the purpose of investigating a contract between the Louisville Sponsoring Group and Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc. The contract stated that if Muhammad Ali (referred to as Cassius Clay) wanted to fight Sonny Liston, he and his management would have to give rights to Inter-Continental for them to promote Ali's next fight, regardless if he won against Liston or not.
