An indemnity and hold agreement that was to be signed by the president of SportsVision, Inc., thus releasing the Balaban and Katz Corporation of Chicago, Illinois, from being part of any lawsuits that were filed against SportsVision after the second fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston May 25, 1965.
