Black Superman (Muhammad Ali) was a song written and recorded by musical artist Johnny Wakelin in praise of Muhammad Ali and his bout against George Foreman in Kinshasa, Zaire in 1974. The song was originally written about boxer Joe Bugner, but was rewritten for Muhammad Ali after the Rumble in the Jungle. The record features Bang the Drum by Johnny Wakelin and The Kinshasa Band on the other side.
