A typewritten note from "Shirley" to Gordon B. Davidson, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group. The note was attached to three pages with a tyepwritten explanation of the relationship between the group and Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., in relation to Muhammad Ali's fights against Sonny Liston.
