Memorandum to William P. Sutter and Thomas R. Mulroy, June 29, 1965
A memorandum to attorneys William P. Sutter and Thomas R. Mulroy regarding a lawsuit filed by Ernie Terrell against Muhammad Ali, the Louisville Sponsoring Group, SportsVision, Inc., and Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc. On page 4, it states:
"The purpose of this memorandum is to determine whether the case now pending before Judge Harrington may be removed to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois."
