Grafton, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group, to Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., who promoted the second fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston on May 25, 1965. The letter is in regard to the Group and Ali not receiving their agreed upon payments from Inter-Continental Promotions.
