Application for Second's License, February 6, 1962
An application for a second's license through the New York State Athletic Commission, filled out by Muhammad Ali's trainer and manager, Angelo Dundee. This license application includes a photograph of Dundee stapled in the upper lefthand corner. This application was likely filled out ahead of Ali's fight against Sonny Banks on February 10, 1962 in Madison Square Garden.
