Cherry, an attorney for Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., regarding a check to be returned to an international boxing exhibitor after the cancellation of the second fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston. The fight was originally scheduled for November 16, 1964, but was postponed when Ali underwent an emergency hernia repair operation.
