A handwritten note with the phone number for Robert "Bob" Nilon, who was a boxing promoter involved with Inter-Continental Promotions, Inc., that promoted both fights between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston. The back side of the note has an address for Metropolitan Sports Corporation in Delaware.
