Memorandum from Septemeber 14, 1964
An unsigned memorandum stating that Muhammad Ali acknowledges that the World Boxing Association intended to take away his title of World Heavyweight Champion for agreeing to a rematch with Sonny Liston. The rematch fight, according to the World Boxing Association, went against their rules and regulations regarding contracts for rematch fights.
