A letter to Arthur W. Grafton, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group, from attorney Frank L. Kozol. The letter was in regard to the speculation that the Massachusetts Boxing Commission was going to cancel the rematch fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston. The letter included a newspaper article on the subject.
