A draft of a letter to attorney Henry T. Heath from Gordon B. Davidson, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group, in regard to a refund for tickets to Muhammad Ali's rematch against Sonny Liston. The fight was to take place November 16, 1964, but was postponed when Ali had a health issue.
