A copy of a savings withdrawal slip from Citizens Fidelity Bank and Trust Company signed by Muhammad Ali and Gordon B. Davidson, an attorney for the Louisville Sponsoring Group. The withdrawal came from a trust account set up by the Louisville Sponsoring Group and Ali's first attorney, Alberta O. Jones.
